What is the rental time for the day of the event?

We offer 12-hour rental time with end times of up to 1 am.

What does the rental fee include?

Tables, chairs, linens, day of event attendant, decorations, set and tear down, cleaning fee, wifi, bartenders, parking.

What’s your vendor policy?

We have an open vendor policy. You may choose your own caterers, bartenders etc. We only require they have adequate licensing.

How many other events are booked on our day?

Absolutely none. We host 1 event a day, you are provided with our full attention and complete privacy.

What is the deposit?

25% deposit on the and full payment is due 45 days before the event.
